Through a project-based approach, we create tailored opportunities for both new faces and experienced models to express their uniqueness in fashion, beauty, advertising, and editorial work.

1. General Information

Celestine Models is a modeling agency working on a project-based commission model. We connect models with clients from fashion, advertising, production, and editorial industries.
 

Each model independently chooses which projects to accept, ensuring that personal goals, interests, and availability are always respected. We aim to provide a flexible and supportive environment that allows professional development without unnecessary pressure.
 

We ensure full transparency for every project, including client details, location, duration, and briefings. This enables models to make confident and well-informed decisions. Every production is organized to be safe, professional, and supportive.
 

Our collaboration is built on respect, trust, and professionalism, creating a balance between creative freedom, personal growth, and a structured professional framework.

2. Commission Model

The agency receives a commission of 18% of the model’s agreed fee for placement and support. Each project is documented individually between the model and the agency, clearly outlining all details such as scope, compensation, and usage rights. This project-based structure ensures clarity, flexibility, and fairness for all parties.

The selection of models is made by the client. Celestine Models acts as an intermediary and supports both sides throughout the process. Models always have the freedom to decide which projects they would like to accept, based primarily on their availability and personal preferences. This allows for a healthy balance between professional opportunities and personal life.

3. Job Placement & Contractual Relationship

Job offers are always project-based. Each booking is confirmed through an individual agreement that includes:

• Buyouts & usage rights

• Travel expenses coverage of the client

• Compensation for the Model

• Specific project details

4. Organization

Celestine Models focuses on smooth and professional coordination between models and clients. We place strong emphasis on clear communication and well-structured processes.

If any changes or unforeseen situations arise, all parties are informed quickly, and we always work towards the best possible solution for everyone.

5. Data Protection

By joining our database, models agree that their sedcard and contact details can be used and shared with clients for job-placement purposes. All data is processed securely and in full compliance with GDPR regulations, ensuring professional and transparent handling at all times.

6. Cancellation Policy

A confirmed appointment for a portfolio-production is binding.

If needed, the appointment can always be rescheduled free of charge to a later date. Even if the next available date does not work, we will continue to offer alternatives until a suitable date is found.
 

If a model cancels and does not choose a replacement date, the deposit is retained, as production costs such as studio, photographer, and styling team are already reserved. In some cases, additional costs (e.g. studio or cancellation fees) may apply if no alternative date is wanted by the model.
 

At the same time, we always ensure flexible rescheduling options at no extra cost, because we want to make sure that illness or unforeseen circumstances do not create disadvantages and that the process remains fair and supportive.

7. Scope and Acceptance

By confirming an appointment, these terms are considered accepted.

These guidelines form the foundation of a transparent, fair, and positive collaboration between Celestine Models and its models. They apply to all projects, bookings, and communication within the agency.

By joining our model database and confirming any project or appointment, models agree to these terms. At the same time, Celestine Models is committed to maintaining a clear, respectful, and supportive working environment that prioritizes the development and well-being of every model.
